The BlueOptics QSFP-H40G-CU3M-BL is a 3 m high-speed direct attach cable (DAC) with QSFP male connectors on both ends. Designed for short-reach connections in racks and between adjacent racks, this 40GBase-CR4-compatible twinax cable supports Ethernet, FCoE, Fibre Channel and InfiniBand data transport at up to 40 Gbit/s over a 3 metre distance. The cable uses 30 AWG twinax conductors and an MSA-compliant QSFP-to-QSFP interface to ensure mechanical compatibility with hardware platforms that accept QSFP 40G DACs.
