Patch cable Cat.6 SF/UTP 500 MHz 25 m white – brackton
Product description is under construction. Specify the parameters, price and delivery options before buying!
brackton Cat.6 SF/UTP patch cable, 25 m length in white, is designed for structured cabling and Gigabit Ethernet links. The cable uses a foiled shield around the overall pair assembly with unshielded twisted pairs (SF/UTP) to reduce external electromagnetic interference while maintaining flexibility for installation. Specified for frequencies up to 500 MHz, it is suitable for high-speed network patching between switches, routers, patch panels and wall outlets in office, server room and data centre environments.
The SF/UTP construction provides improved immunity to external EMI compared with unshielded cables, helping to maintain signal integrity over the 25 m length. Compliance with Cat.6 electrical characteristics up to 500 MHz supports Gigabit Ethernet and other high-bandwidth applications. The white outer jacket offers a neutral appearance for visible runs and helps with cable identification in mixed installations. The cable is flexible enough for horizontal and vertical routing in racks, conduits and cable trays.
Use this Cat.6 SF/UTP patch cable to connect network equipment such as switches, routers, patch panels and wall sockets. Route the cable through cable management systems, avoiding tight bends and sharp edges to preserve pair geometry and shielding effectiveness. Terminate each end into compatible RJ45 ports or patch panel ports designed for Cat.6 performance. Ensure the foil shield maintains continuity to grounded shields on connected equipment where a shielded infrastructure and earthing are present.
For best performance, avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines and keep bend radius above the manufacturer’s minimum specification. Verify link speed and cabling certification after installation if used for critical Gigabit or higher-speed links, and ensure grounding practices are applied when integrating into a shielded cabling system.
