Steel Garden Stake BRADAS TYP20120 20 mm x 120 cm, pack of 10
Steel Garden Stake BRADAS TYP20120 20 mm x 120 cm, pack of 10
Steel garden stakes BRADAS TYP20120 are heavy-duty vertical supports with a 20 mm diameter and 120 cm length, supplied in a pack of 10. Designed for general garden use, these steel stakes provide stable anchoring in soil to support plants, trellises, fences and temporary structures. Their robust round profile offers rigidity for tying vines, securing protective covers and marking planting rows in allotments or small-scale landscaping projects.
The stakes are made from durable steel that resists bending under normal garden loads and provides long service life when used for plant support and light structural fastening. A uniform round cross-section ensures easy handling and consistent performance when driving stakes into soil. Supplied as a set of ten, the pack provides an economical quantity for multiple tasks around the garden or allotment.
Drive the stake vertically into firm soil using a rubber mallet or a suitable hammer, leaving the desired exposed length for tying or fastening. For hard or compacted ground, pre-drill a pilot hole or soften the soil before installation. Use garden twine, wire or plant ties to secure plants, netting or covers to the stake; avoid overtightening ties to prevent damage to stems. For temporary fences or mesh, attach the material at several points along the stake to distribute load evenly.
Place stakes at correct spacing for the supported plant or structure and check periodically for movement or corrosion. In wet or corrosive soils consider additional protective coatings or using stakes with surface treatment to extend service life. Remove and store stakes during long off-seasons to minimise exposure when not in use.
