The Bresser Primax 8x56 binoculars provide an 8x magnification with large 56 mm objective lenses for bright, detailed viewing in a variety of outdoor conditions. Built with BaK-4 roof prisms and full multi-layer coating, these binoculars deliver improved light transmission and reduced reflections. They offer a 101 m field of view at 1000 m and a close focus of 3 metres, making them suitable for both distant observation and nearer subjects. The binoculars include central focusing, dioptre adjustment of +/-4 and twist-up eyecups for use with or without glasses. Delivered with dust caps, carry case, neck strap, cleaning cloth and manual with warranty information.

How to use

Place the binoculars around your neck using the supplied strap or hold them with both hands. Adjust the interpupillary distance by folding the barrels until you see a single circular field of view. Use the central focusing wheel to obtain a sharp image of the chosen subject. Compensate for any difference between your eyes by rotating the dioptre adjustment on one eyepiece within the +/-4 range. For close subjects, focus using the central wheel down to the minimum focus distance of 3 metres. Use the twist-up eyecups to set the correct eye relief if you wear glasses.

Usage recommendations

Store the binoculars in the supplied carry case when not in use and keep the dust caps on to protect the lenses. Clean lenses only with the supplied cloth or a proper lens-cleaning kit. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain and store in a dry place to preserve optical coatings and mechanics.
