The METZ CONNECT Cat6A 15m networking cable in red is a fully shielded S/FTP patch cord with RJ45 connectors on both ends and a 1:1 pin assignment. Designed to meet Cat.6A and ISO/IEC 11801 standards, the cable supports Class EA link performance up to 500 MHz and is suitable for 10 Gbit Ethernet and Remote Powering (PoE, PoE+ and UPoE). The outer sheath is low-smoke, halogen-free (LSHF/LSOH).

Advantages

The cable uses S/FTP 4x2xAWG 26/7 PIMF construction and two shielded RJ45 connectors to minimise crosstalk and electromagnetic interference, making it appropriate for both shielded and unshielded Class EA systems. It is GHMT-certified and complies with IEC 61935-2 and DIN EN/ISO cabling standards. A snagless boot with integrated lever protection reduces strain on the connector latch during installation.
