This OM4 duplex multimode fibre optic patch cable from C2G is intended for high-speed data transmission over short distances in data centres and network closets. With LC to LC terminations, a 1 m length and a 50 µm (OM4) core, the cable supports 40GBase-SR4 and 100GBase-SR10 links and is backward compatible with existing 50/125 multimode equipment. The LSZH jacket reduces smoke and toxic gas emission in the event of a fire, making it suitable for installations where low-smoke safety is required.
