How to use

Place the scale on a flat, hard surface. For simple weight readings, step onto the scale in socks or barefoot and use the classic mode without the app. For body composition analysis, stand barefoot with dry feet on the scale and open the CARNEO FIT app; the scale will transmit measurements via Bluetooth automatically after weighing. Allow a few seconds for the display and app to show all parameters.

Usage recommendations
