Refrigerator Caso DryAged Master 63, 63 L
The Caso DryAged Master 63 is a freestanding display-case refrigerator designed for storing, presenting and dry-aging high-quality meat. It offers a usable volume of 63 liters, a stainless steel exterior and a glass front for easy product viewing. The unit includes racks, hangers with stainless-steel meat hooks and interior lighting, and operates on 220–240 V, 50 Hz.
The appliance uses compressor technology and features electronically adjustable temperature control from 2 to 14 °C in 1 °C steps, an adjustable indoor humidity range of 50–85% and active fans to ensure an even temperature distribution. Operation is intuitive via a touch control panel. The door is made with 3-layer UV glass, the cabinet includes a built-in activated carbon filter and a lockable door with an integrated lock. Switchable interior LED lighting and an antibacterial UV light are provided.
Place the freestanding DryAged Master 63 on a stable, level surface with adequate ventilation and connect it to a suitable 220–240 V, 50 Hz outlet. Use the touch control panel to set the desired temperature and humidity within the specified ranges. Load meat on the provided hangers or racks, ensuring pieces are spaced to allow air circulation. Use the interior lighting and glass door to monitor the product without frequent door openings.
For best results, allow the unit to reach the set temperature and humidity before placing meat inside. Regularly replace the activated carbon filter as recommended by the manufacturer and clean racks and hooks after each use. Avoid placing the appliance where ambient temperature is significantly higher than the intended internal setting, since the maximum internal temperature cannot exceed ambient temperature by a large margin.
