Cooking bag Caso 1201 160 mm 230 mm
Cooking bag Caso 1201 160 mm x 230 mm, pack of 50. These cooking and vacuum bags are made from durable, heat-resistant material designed for food storage, sous-vide cooking and freezer use. The bags measure approximately 16 x 23 cm and are suitable for sealing with most external and chamber vacuum machines. They include stickers for content, date and weight for easy organization.
The bags are strong and tear-resistant with a wall thickness of approximately 150 μm and feature a fine rib structure to ensure optimal vacuum sealing. They have stable welds, are BPA-free and prevent freezer burn and aroma loss. The bags are reusable and dishwasher-safe. They are boil-proof for use in water at 100°C for up to 8 hours, microwave-safe for reheating and defrosting up to 70°C, and suitable for sous-vide cooking. The pack is compatible with CASO vacuum sealers and many other brands including FreshVAC, WMF, Rommelsbacher, LAICA, Gastroback, Foodsaver, Solis, Steba, Lava, Ohmex and Flaem Nuova.
Place food into the bag leaving enough space at the open end for sealing. Use a compatible vacuum sealer to remove air and seal the bag according to the machine instructions. For sous-vide cooking, set the water bath to the required temperature and cook for the recommended time. For microwave reheating or defrosting, ensure the bag is suitable for the selected power and do not exceed 70°C. After use, the bags can be rinsed and, where applicable, cleaned in the dishwasher for reuse.
The bags are not intended for direct contact with an open flame or grill. Avoid sharp bones or objects that could puncture the bag. For long-term freezer storage, remove as much air as possible and label the bag with the included stickers for date and contents.
