19" 1U Perforated Blank Panel for Rack Cabinets CAYMON BSG01H
19" 1U Perforated Blank Panel for Rack Cabinets CAYMON BSG01H
Perforated 1U blank panel for 19-inch rack cabinets by CAYMON BSG01H is designed to close unused 1U spaces in server racks and network cabinets while maintaining airflow. The panel fits standard 19" racks and provides ventilation through uniformly distributed perforations, helping to prevent hot spots and enabling better air circulation without occupying functional rack units.
This 1U perforated blank panel offers a simple and durable solution for filling vacant rack units while allowing airflow. The metal construction provides rigidity and stable mounting in the rack frame, and the perforated surface reduces turbulence and supports consistent front-to-back cooling. The panel helps keep the rack appearance neat and protects internal cabling and equipment from mechanical contact and dust ingress through open bays.
Mount the panel in the unused 1U position on the front of a 19" rack by aligning it with the rack vertical rails and securing it with appropriate rack screws. Ensure the panel is positioned so that the perforations face the airflow path to support front-to-back ventilation. The panel does not require additional tools beyond standard rack mounting hardware and can be installed or removed quickly during rack reconfiguration.
Use the perforated 1U panel to manage airflow between populated units and to reduce recirculation of heated air. Combine multiple perforated panels with blank solid panels and dedicated blanking panels where needed to direct conditioned air through equipment intake points. Inspect periodically for accumulated dust and clean the perforations to maintain optimal airflow.
