Cellfast Quattro Garden Hose 1/2 Inch 50 m 4-Layer UV Resistant

The Cellfast Quattro Garden Hose 1/2 Inch 50 m 4-Layer UV Resistant is a lightweight, durable hose designed for long-term outdoor watering in all weather conditions. Constructed from four layers with a high-quality yarn cross reinforcement, this hose ensures resistance to deformations and pressure fluctuations. The inner layer is algae-resistant, while UV stabilization protects the material from sun damage, ensuring reliable performance season after season.

Advantages

This garden hose features a flexible construction that maintains excellent usability even at low temperatures, making it suitable for early spring and late autumn tasks. The four-layer design combined with cross reinforcement prevents kinking and twisting during operation. Protection against algae growth ensures the water flow remains clean, while the UV-resistant exterior prevents degradation when exposed to direct sunlight outdoors.

Suitable for

• Watering home gardens, lawns, and flower beds
• Connecting to standard garden irrigation systems
• General outdoor cleaning tasks around the property
• Seasonal watering in various weather conditions

When it may not be suitable

This garden hose may not be ideal for high-pressure industrial cleaning applications or professional pressure washing systems that exceed the burst pressure limits. Additionally, users requiring a shorter or significantly lighter hose for very small balconies might find the 50-meter length and diameter excessive for their specific space.

Key specifications

• Length: 50 m
• Diameter: 1/2 inch (12.5 mm)
• Number of layers: 4
• Reinforcement: Cross reinforcement with high-quality yarn
• Burst pressure: 20 bar
• Temperature range: -10 °C to +50 °C
• Special features: UV protection and algae resistance

How to use

Connect the garden hose to a compatible water source using standard 1/2-inch fittings. Uncoil the desired length of the hose across the area to be watered, ensuring there are no sharp kinks that could temporarily restrict water flow. Turn on the water supply gradually to avoid sudden pressure spikes. After use, drain any remaining water and store the hose in a shaded area protected from extreme environmental conditions to prolong its service life.

What to consider before purchase

• Ensure your existing outdoor tap and connectors match the 1/2-inch diameter specification
• Verify that the 50-meter length is sufficient for reaching all areas of your garden
• Check that your operating water pressure remains safely below the 20 bar burst pressure threshold

Usage recommendations: To maximize the lifespan of the Cellfast Quattro Garden Hose, avoid dragging it over sharp objects or abrasive surfaces. Store the hose neatly coiled on a reel or holder when not in use, and protect it from prolonged exposure to freezing temperatures during winter storage.
