Ceramic Hob JATA V532, 2 Zones, Rotary Control
The JATA V532 is a countertop ceramic hob designed for compact kitchens and occasional cooking needs. Featuring two ceramic cooking zones set in a stainless steel frame, this model delivers a combined power of 2400 W with a regular zone power of 1200 W. The rotary control is located at the top left for straightforward adjustment. The hob operates from a standard 230 V AC supply and is suitable for placement on kitchen worktops or portable cooking setups where a reliable two-zone ceramic surface is required.
The ceramic surface provides a smooth, easy-to-clean cooking area with uniform heat distribution across each zone. A stainless steel finish ensures a durable edge and integrated look on countertop installations. Rotary control offers tactile, precise power adjustments and a simple user interface without complex electronics. The two-zone layout balances cooking flexibility and compact footprint, allowing simultaneous use of two pans while conserving counter space.
Place the JATA V532 on a stable, heat-resistant work surface with adequate clearance from walls and combustible materials. Connect the hob to a 230 V AC outlet that matches the unit's power requirements and ensure the socket is properly rated for the total power. Use cookware with flat bottoms to ensure even contact with the ceramic zones. Turn the rotary control to select the required power level for each zone and allow a short preheating time for the ceramic surface to reach the desired cooking temperature. After use, switch the control to the off position and allow the surface to cool before cleaning.
Use flat-bottomed pots and pans with a diameter appropriate to each cooking zone to improve heating efficiency. Clean the ceramic surface with a soft cloth and non-abrasive cleaner once the hob has cooled. Avoid dragging heavy cookware across the surface to prevent scratches on the ceramic and protect the stainless steel frame from impacts. For long cooking sessions, monitor power load to avoid overloading the circuit.
