Tile grout CERESIT CE60/43 Bahama 2 kg, cement-based grout for joints and seams
CERESIT CE60/43 Bahama is a 2 kg cement-based tile grout formulated for filling joints between ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiles. Designed for both floor and wall applications, this grout provides a consistent Bahama color, smooth workability and a durable finish that helps resist everyday wear. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor tiling where a cementitious grout is required to seal seams and reduce moisture penetration.
The cementitious composition offers good adhesion to common tile types and stable color after curing. The ready-to-mix powder yields a smooth mortar that is easy to apply and compact into joints. Once cured, the grout provides a hard, wear-resistant surface that supports regular cleaning and traffic on tiled floors. The product is supplied in a 2 kg pack suitable for small to medium repair or finishing jobs.
This cement-based grout is not intended for use in permanently wet environments or areas subject to chemical exposure unless additional protective sealing is applied. It may not be the best choice for very narrow joints below the manufacturer’s recommended width, or where a flexible, epoxy-based grout is required for high movement areas.
Mix the powder with clean water according to the manufacturer’s instructions until a homogeneous, lump-free mortar is obtained. Apply the grout with a rubber float or suitable tool, pressing the material firmly into joints and removing excess grout from the tile surface. Allow the grout to stiffen slightly, then clean the tile faces with a damp sponge, taking care not to wash out the joint. After initial curing, perform a final cleaning to remove haze. Follow recommended curing times before exposing the surface to heavy traffic or moisture.
Store the product in a dry place and protect from frost. Use within the shelf life indicated on the packaging, and follow all safety instructions on the label. For best results, use clean tools and water, and avoid applying grout at extreme temperatures.
