Grout CERESIT CE60/10 2 kg — color Manhattan (192)
CERESIT CE60/10 grout in a 2 kg package, color Manhattan (192), is a cement-based tile grout formulated for filling and finishing joints between ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiles. The product is supplied in a ready-to-mix powder that, when combined with water according to manufacturer instructions, produces a smooth, consistent grout suitable for interior and exterior wall and floor applications. The Manhattan shade is a neutral mid-tone designed to provide even seams and complement a range of tile surfaces.
CERESIT CE60/10 delivers uniform color and a compact joint surface that resists general wear and contributes to improved moisture resistance compared with untreated gaps. Its cement-based composition provides good adhesion to common tile materials and allows for both vertical and horizontal applications. Packaged in a 2 kg size, it is convenient for small tiling jobs and repairs where color matching is required.
This cement-based grout is not intended for continuous submersion or for joints that require high chemical resistance; in such cases, epoxy or specialized grouts are more appropriate. Very narrow or extremely wide joints beyond the product's recommended joint width should use a grout grade specifically formulated for those dimensions.
Prepare a clean, dry joint free of dust, debris and any uncured adhesive. Mix the grout powder with water following the manufacturer's proportion recommendations until a homogeneous, lump-free consistency is achieved. Apply the grout with a rubber float, pressing it into the joints at a low angle to ensure full filling. Remove excess grout from tile faces with the float and, after initial set, finish the joints with a damp sponge to smooth the surface and remove residues. Allow the grout to cure fully before exposing to traffic or moisture, and follow any sealing instructions for natural stone installations.
Work in small sections to prevent premature setting during application; maintain recommended mixing ratios and curing times for best color uniformity and joint strength.
