Ground Staples Chomik KPL. 50 pcs for securing agro-fabric, 12.5 cm length
Ground Staples Chomik KPL. 50 pcs for securing agro-fabric, 12.5 cm length
Set of 50 Chomik ground staples, each 12.5 cm in length, designed to secure agro-fabric, landscaping fabric, mulch and garden coverings to soil. These staples provide stable anchoring for weed control, frost protection and plant bed stabilization. The pack is suitable for use in vegetable beds, under greenhouse covers and for temporary ground fixation in home gardens and small farms.
These ground staples are manufactured to deliver consistent penetration and holding power in a variety of soil types. Their 12.5 cm length offers deeper anchoring than shorter pins, improving resistance to wind uplift and animal disturbance. The set of 50 allows multiple attachment points for even tension distribution along fabric edges and over larger areas, reducing fabric movement and gaps.
Position the fabric or covering on the prepared ground surface and align edges or overlap points where securement is required. Insert staples through the fabric into soil at regular intervals, pressing or tapping them until the staple legs are fully embedded and the top is flush or slightly above the fabric to ensure a firm hold. For harder ground, pre-soften the insertion points with water or use a tool to create pilot holes. Space staples closer together in exposed or high-wind areas and at fabric corners to prevent lifting.
For best results, inspect the secured areas periodically, especially after severe weather. Replace bent or corroded staples to maintain holding capacity. Use longer or additional staples on uneven terrain or where deeper anchoring is required.
