How to use

Position the hood at the manufacturer-recommended minimum distance: at least 55 cm above electric hobs and at least 65 cm above gas or mixed hobs. Use a left-to-right horizontal hand gesture to switch the hood on and increase fan speed; use a right-to-left horizontal gesture to switch the hood off or lower the speed. Hold a steady hand over the sensor for 2 seconds to toggle the lights. If connected via SmartLink to a compatible hob, the hood will automatically adjust suction power according to the hob’s power level; manual control remains available if needed. Set the delayed stop timer to the desired interval between 10 and 90 minutes in 10-minute increments to allow continued extraction after cooking.
