Residual Current Breaker CNC NV821877 2-pole 16A 30mA
Residual Current Breaker CNC NV821877 2-pole 16A 30mA
Residual current circuit breaker with overcurrent protection (RCBO), 2 poles, rated current 16 A and residual sensitivity 30 mA. The CNC NV821877 combines residual-current detection and overcurrent protection in a single modular device for DIN-rail installation in residential and light-commercial electrical panels. It is designed to disconnect supply quickly in case of earth leakage or overload/short-circuit, helping to reduce electric shock and fire risk.
The RCBO integrates both residual-current and short-circuit/overload protection, saving space in the distribution board and simplifying wiring. It features a clear contact position indicator (red = closed, green = open), an anti-mistake contact terminal block, and a flame-retardant housing with high temperature and impact resistance. The device supports top-side connection and accepts cable or pin-type busbar up to 35 mm².
Install the CNC NV821877 on a 35 mm DIN rail in the distribution board and secure electrical connections from the top according to wiring diagrams and local regulations. Use appropriate conductors or pin-type busbars up to 35 mm². Ensure the device is connected to the correct phase and neutral poles and that the earth conductor is present in the installation. After wiring, test the device using the built-in test function or a suitable RCD tester to confirm correct operation.
Use this RCBO in circuits where combined residual-current and overcurrent protection is required; perform periodic testing (monthly recommended) and follow national electrical codes for installation, testing, and maintenance.
