The i-tec USB-C Dual Display Docking Station with Power Delivery 100 W is a versatile docking solution for laptops, tablets and smartphones equipped with a Thunderbolt 3 or USB-C port that supports video output. It offers multiple USB ports, a Gigabit LAN port and the ability to connect up to two external displays at high resolutions, while optionally supplying up to 100 W of power to your host device.

Advantages

This docking station consolidates data transfer, video output, wired network access and power delivery into a single USB-C connection when the host supports PD. It supports dual-monitor setups with resolutions up to 4K and a 60 Hz refresh rate, and the integrated DisplayLink 1.4-compatible video path enables higher resolutions (up to 5K/60 Hz where supported). The unit includes six USB ports (three USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A and two USB 2.0 Type-A as listed in product data, plus the USB-C host port) and a reliable Gigabit Ethernet port for stable wired connectivity. A Kensington lock slot increases physical security, and VESA-mount compatibility allows hidden installation behind a monitor with an optional VESA frame accessory (VESADOCK1).

How to use

Connect the docking station to your laptop, tablet or smartphone using the USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 cable. If your host supports Power Delivery, the dock can provide power while also handling video, data and network traffic over the same cable. Attach peripherals such as keyboards, mice, external drives and printers to the USB ports and connect a wired network via the RJ-45 port. To add displays, use the compatible display outputs or adapters (for HDMI output, use the DP2HDMI4K60HZ adapter). On Windows systems you can install the i-tec Docker Pro utility (i-tec.cz/dockerpro) to enable easy backup of connected storage devices.

Usage recommendations

For dual-monitor setups on macOS note that macOS does not support MST; connecting two monitors will mirror the same image. Choose the product version with an included power adapter (65 W or 100 W) if your workflow requires guaranteed laptop charging without a separate charger. Use the optional VESADOCK1 frame to mount the dock behind a VESA-compatible monitor to keep your workspace tidy.
