How to use
For headband use, adjust the elastic band with the sliding buckle to fit comfortably and securely around your head, then attach the Contour camera to the TRail mount. For hat use, place the adjustable base on the inside of the soft fabric hat, snap the two-piece mount together and attach the camera. For bar or tube mounting, wrap a flex strap around the tube, thread and secure the strap to the mount, then attach the camera.
