Network switch Cudy PE10G — 10-port Gigabit Ethernet unmanaged switch
Cudy PE10G — 10-port Gigabit Ethernet unmanaged switch expands wired LAN capacity with ten 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 ports. The compact desktop switch provides plug-and-play connectivity for PCs, printers, IP cameras and other Ethernet devices without configuration, making it suitable for small office, home network and SOHO environments where straightforward, reliable wired connections are required.
The unmanaged design requires no setup: simply connect devices and power on for immediate network extension. All ten ports support Gigabit speeds for high-throughput connections and auto-negotiation to adapt to 10/100/1000 Mbps devices. A desktop form factor and fanless operation reduce noise and save space, while energy-efficient features lower power consumption during light use. LED indicators on the front panel provide quick link and activity status for each port.
Place the switch on a stable surface near a power outlet and the network backbone or router. Connect each Ethernet device to an available RJ45 port using standard Cat5e or Cat6 cables. Plug in the included power adapter and verify that the port LEDs indicate link and activity. Devices will obtain connectivity automatically through the switch; no configuration or management interface is required. For optimal cable performance, use appropriate-rated cables and avoid running them near strong electromagnetic sources.
For consistent Gigabit performance, use Cat5e or Cat6 cabling and connect directly to devices that support 1000 Mbps. Locate the switch in a well-ventilated area to maintain passive cooling and avoid stacking heavy equipment on top. When deploying multiple networked devices such as IP cameras or NAS, consider segmenting traffic on the upstream router to manage bandwidth and security.
