USB-C Hub D-Link 4-in-1 with HDMI, Thunderbolt 3 host, 60W Power Delivery, 5 Gbit/s, 4K@30Hz, aluminium/black
The D-Link 4-in-1 USB-C Hub converts a single USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port into an HDMI output, two USB 3.0 ports and a USB-C power pass-through. It supports video output up to 4096×2160 (4K@30Hz), high-speed data transfers at up to 5 Gbit/s and can deliver up to 60 W of power to a connected laptop when you plug your USB-C charger into the hub. The compact aluminium design is portable and works with Macs, Windows and Linux systems that support USB-C video and Power Delivery.
This hub provides a simple plug-and-play way to add an external 4K display, connect USB peripherals and charge your laptop simultaneously without extra drivers. USB 3.0 support enables fast transfers of large files from phones, tablets, external drives and flash drives, while the Thunderbolt 3 host interface maintains broad compatibility for high-bandwidth connections. The compact aluminium housing is lightweight and fits easily into a laptop bag.
This hub outputs HDMI video at up to 4K resolution at 30 Hz, so it is not suitable for workflows that require 4K at 60 Hz or higher refresh rates for gaming or high-frame-rate video playback. It also does not replace a full docking station when more ports (for example multiple displays, Ethernet or additional USB ports) or higher power delivery are required.
Plug the hub into a device USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port. Connect an HDMI cable from the hub to an external monitor to extend or mirror the display. Attach USB devices such as external drives, keyboards or mice to the USB-A ports for data transfer. To charge the laptop through the hub, connect your USB-C charger to the hub’s USB-C power input; the hub then provides up to 60 W of power to the host device. No drivers or software installation are required for typical use.
For best video results, use a high-quality HDMI cable rated for 4K and set the host display output to match the monitor’s native resolution. When transferring large files, connect devices to the USB 3.0 ports and avoid running multiple high-bandwidth streams simultaneously to maintain optimal transfer speeds.
