The D-Link DGS-108 is an unmanaged Layer 2 Gigabit Ethernet switch with eight 10/100/1000 RJ-45 ports, designed to expand wired networks in small offices and homes. It provides up to 2000 Mbps aggregate throughput per port, an 8,000-entry MAC address table and a 16 Gbit/s switching capacity. The switch is plug-and-play, powered via DC-in, and includes a rear Kensington Security Slot for secure mounting.

How to use

Place the DGS-108 on a flat surface or secure it using the Kensington Security Slot. Connect the included power adapter to the DC-in jack and plug it into mains. Use standard Ethernet cables to connect computers, NAS devices, printers or other network equipment to the RJ-45 ports. The switch is plug-and-play and requires no configuration; status LEDs indicate link and activity and QoS operates automatically for supported traffic.
