It supports 24 or 48 x 10/100/1000BASE-T ports (the supplied source lists 48), plus 4 x 10G SFP+ ports for fiber connections, and includes a console port with full CLI, web management in 11 languages, QoS capabilities, and Advanced Layer‑2 with Lite Layer‑3 features for routing and traffic segmentation.

How to use

Install the switch in a standard 19" rack or place it on a flat surface and connect power. Use the RJ‑45 console port for initial CLI configuration or access the web GUI in one of 11 languages for graphical setup. Connect copper devices to the Gigabit RJ‑45 ports and fiber uplinks to the SFP+ ports using compatible SFP/SFP+ transceivers. Configure VLANs, QoS, Auto Voice VLAN, and Surveillance Mode via the web UI or CLI; enable STP/RSTP/MSTP to maintain loop protection. Optionally use D-Link Network Assistant (DNA) to discover and manage multiple switches within the same Layer‑2 segment.
