Danfoss Redia M30x1.5 1/2 Straight Sensor Set
The Danfoss Redia M30x1.5 1/2 Straight Sensor Set is a high-quality thermostatic solution designed for precise room temperature regulation in heating systems. Combining durable plastic and brass components, this sensor set provides reliable thermal control and long-term operational stability. Its sleek white and silver finish ensures it integrates seamlessly into various interior styles, making it an ideal choice for both residential and commercial heating installations.
This sensor set offers exceptional accuracy in maintaining desired indoor temperatures, which directly contributes to improved energy efficiency and reduced heating costs. The robust construction using high-grade brass and durable plastic ensures a long service life and resistance to mechanical wear. Its intuitive design allows for effortless temperature adjustments, while the integrated frost protection feature provides an essential safeguard for your heating system during colder periods, preventing potential damage from freezing temperatures.
This product may not be suitable for heating systems that utilize non-standard valve connections or specialized industrial heating equipment that requires high-pressure or high-temperature tolerances beyond the specified range. It is also not intended for use in outdoor environments or areas with extreme humidity that could affect the internal sensor mechanism.
To install the Danfoss Redia sensor, ensure the heating system is depressurized if necessary. Remove the existing thermostatic head from the radiator valve. Align the M30x1.5 connection of the new sensor with the valve body and tighten the retaining nut securely by hand. Once installed, rotate the dial to the desired temperature setting within the 8 to 28°C range to begin automatic regulation.
For optimal performance, ensure the sensor is not obstructed by curtains, furniture, or radiator covers, as these can interfere with the air circulation required for accurate temperature sensing.
