DATACOM UTP 2xRJ45 socket model 2361 is a Cat5e wall-mounted network outlet with two RJ45 ports. It is designed for flush or surface mounting and provides two unshielded Ethernet connection points hidden behind dust shutters. The outlet supports Cat5e UTP Keystone modules and is suitable for terminating horizontal UTP cabling in homes, offices and small networks.
The dual-port socket accepts Cat5e UTP keystone modules compatible with LSA and 110 termination standards, offers dust protection with shuttered ports and comes in a white finish to match standard installations. The complete set includes a surface box, faceplate, two shuttered keystone modules and two Cat5e UTP keystones for straightforward installation.
Prepare the wall location and install either the included surface box or mount the outlet flush according to local installation practice. Terminate the UTP cables on the Cat5e keystone modules following the LSA or 110 wiring scheme, insert the keystones into the shuttered modules and snap the faceplate into place. Connect patch cables from connected devices to the RJ45 ports to establish network links.
Use unshielded UTP Cat5e cabling for optimal compatibility and follow standard termination color codes. Verify cable performance after installation with appropriate testing tools to ensure Cat5e compliance.
