RJ11 UTP Connector DATACOM 4110, 6P4C, pack of 100
DATACOM RJ11 UTP Connector 4110 is a 6P4C modular plug supplied in a pack of 100. It is designed for terminating UTP telephone and low-speed data cables with four contacts and provides a straightforward mechanical and electrical connection for phone lines, modems and legacy telecom devices. The connector is intended for stranded (lanko) conductors and is unshielded (UTP), compatible with Category 3 cabling.
The connector offers a standard 6-position, 4-contact configuration compatible with RJ11 sockets and telephony equipment. Supplied in a bulk pack of 100, it simplifies installation and repair work. It supports stranded conductors and is optimized for UTP (unshielded) telephone cables, ensuring reliable contact and mechanical stability for low-speed voice and data applications.
Strip the outer sheath of the UTP telephone cable to expose individual stranded conductors, arrange the wires according to the required pinout for a 6P4C RJ11 connector, then insert them fully into the plug. Use a suitable crimping tool for modular plugs to crimp the connector onto the cable, ensuring the contacts pierce the conductor insulation and form a secure electrical connection. After crimping, test the line with a telephone or line tester.
Use with stranded (lanko) UTP telephone cables and a compatible modular plug crimper. Avoid using with solid-core cables or in environments requiring shielded connectors. Verify wiring pinout before crimping and test connections after installation.
