Ceramic Cartridge 40 mm High for Faucet, deante XDC00GNZD
Ceramic Cartridge 40 mm High for Faucet, deante XDC00GNZD
High 40 mm ceramic cartridge designed for single-handle faucets by deante, model XDC00GNZD. This replacement cartridge uses a 40 mm ceramic disc mechanism to provide precise control of water flow and temperature in compatible deante mixers. Intended for repair or maintenance, it restores smooth valve operation and reliable sealing to reduce dripping and improve faucet function.
The ceramic mechanism offers high wear resistance and smooth operation over repeated use, maintaining stable control of water flow and temperature. The cartridge is engineered to ensure reliable sealing at the valve seat, which helps minimise leak risk. Its standard 40 mm diameter simplifies replacement in compatible single-lever mixers and reduces the need for extensive disassembly.
Shut off the water supply and open the faucet to relieve pressure before beginning replacement. Remove the handle and any escutcheon or retaining components according to the faucet model, then extract the old cartridge. Install the new 40 mm ceramic cartridge ensuring correct alignment of locating tabs or orienting features, reassemble the faucet components, and restore the water supply. Check for correct operation of flow and temperature control and inspect for leaks after installation.
Use with compatible deante single-lever mixers only. Avoid abrasive cleaning agents on the cartridge and follow manufacturer guidance on installation torque to prevent damage to ceramic surfaces. If persistent leaks or malfunction occur after fitting, verify correct part alignment and sealing; consult a qualified plumber if necessary.
