The DeLOCK 61858 docking station enables external connection of 2.5" or 3.5" SATA hard drives and optical drives via a USB interface. It supports USB 3.0 (SuperSpeed) with up to 5 Gbit/s transfer rate while remaining backward compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1. The docking cable can be attached to a drive without using the holder, and included cover plates protect the PCB side of 2.5" and 3.5" drives to reduce the risk of short circuits. The unit requires a 12V/2A power supply and is compatible with common Windows versions.
