Rack shelf Delta 19" 550 mm, set of 2 (P19F/550*P2)
Delta 19" rack shelf set (2 pieces) with 550 mm depth provides two steel mounting shelves designed for installation in standard 19-inch network and server cabinets. Each shelf creates a stable horizontal surface to support routers, switches, small UPS units, patch panels, and tools. The design is compatible with standard 19" mounting rails and is intended to improve hardware organization and equipment accessibility in data centers, server rooms and telecommunication racks.
The shelves are made of steel to ensure rigidity and load-bearing capacity while maintaining compact 550 mm depth for deep and shallow cabinets. Supplied as a set of two, they offer a cost-effective way to increase usable shelf space without occupying multiple rack units. The open frontal area allows airflow around installed devices and easy cable routing, while the universal mounting holes match common 19" rail spacing for straightforward installation.
Choose the desired height inside a standard 19" cabinet and align the shelf mounting brackets with the rack rail holes. Secure the shelf using appropriate rack screws and cage nuts matching the cabinet rail type. Place equipment centrally on the shelf to distribute weight evenly and avoid overhanging the front edge. Route power and network cables to maintain airflow and minimize obstruction; if installing a small UPS, leave clearance for ventilation and access to front and rear connectors.
Verify the cabinet's load capacity and use appropriate fasteners for the rack type. For heavy or vibration-sensitive equipment, consider additional support or bolting to both front and rear rails. Keep cable bundles organized and avoid blocking ventilation paths to maintain equipment cooling.
