Patch panel Delta PP-24/1 with 24 SC ports and 24 LC duplex ports
Delta PP-24/1 is a fiber optic patch panel that provides 24 SC ports and 24 LC duplex ports in a single rack-mountable unit. It is designed for structured termination and cross-connects of multimode or singlemode fiber links, offering accessible front-panel connector interfaces for patching and testing in data center, telecom and enterprise network racks or cabinets.
The patch panel combines SC and LC connector formats in one chassis to support mixed cabling environments and simplify migration between connector types. Its rack-compatible design ensures standardized installation, cable strain relief and orderly routing of fiber patch cords. Front-facing ports provide easy access for maintenance and testing while internal splice or adapter mounting space helps keep connections protected and organized.
Mount the panel in a standard 19-inch rack or cabinet and secure it with appropriate fasteners. Route incoming fiber cables into the unit, secure them with the built-in strain relief, and terminate fibers to the matching adapters or splice holders inside the panel as required. Plug patch cords into the front-facing SC and LC adapter ports to create cross-connects or interconnect equipment. Label ports on the front panel to maintain an accurate mapping of links for easier maintenance and troubleshooting.
Use appropriate dust caps when ports are not in use, follow manufacturer-recommended bend-radius limits for fiber cables, and perform end-to-end testing after installation to verify attenuation and continuity. Maintain a clean environment for connector handling to prevent contamination and preserve optical performance.
