Patch panel Delta PP-24/RJ — 24× RJ-45 ports, unshielded, 19" rack mount
Delta PP-24/RJ is a 24-port patch panel with RJ-45 connectors designed for structured cabling and network terminations in a 19" rack. The unit provides a compact, horizontal mounting option for consolidating Ethernet terminations, maintaining cable order and enabling clear port identification. It is intended for use in server rooms, wiring closets and office cabinets where multiple network connections require tidy management and straightforward patching.
The patch panel offers a standardized 19" rack form factor and 24 unshielded RJ-45 ports to support common Ethernet topologies. Its front-facing ports simplify access for patch cords while the rear terminations allow for neat cable routing and strain relief. Clear port labeling supports quick identification during installation and maintenance, reducing time spent tracing connections. The compact metal housing provides stable mounting and helps protect terminations from accidental disturbance.
Install the patch panel into a standard 19" rack or cabinet at the desired mounting position using the supplied or compatible rack screws. Route horizontal UTP cabling to the rear of the panel and terminate each conductor into the corresponding punch-down block according to the chosen wiring scheme (T568A or T568B). Secure cables with strain relief or cable management accessories to prevent stress on terminations. Use front-facing RJ-45 ports to connect patch cords between network switches, routers and end devices for flexible reconfiguration and troubleshooting.
For reliable performance, use category-rated UTP cables that match the network speed requirements and follow consistent wiring color codes. Keep cable lengths and bend radii within manufacturer recommendations, and periodically verify terminations and labeling after any changes to the cabling layout.
