DELTACO TP-64 Cat6 U/UTP (UTP) RJ-45–RJ-45, 4 m, grey is a 4 metre Ethernet patch cable designed for Gigabit Ethernet LAN connections. It features RJ-45 connectors on both ends and Cat6 U/UTP (UTP) construction to provide category 6 performance for linking switches, routers, computers and patch panels in office and home network installations. The cable is supplied in grey and has a net weight of approximately 0.165 kg.
The cable offers Cat6 performance suitable for Gigabit Ethernet speeds and reliable wired connections between network devices. Its U/UTP (UTP) construction gives consistent electrical characteristics for short to medium-length horizontal and patching applications. Factory-terminated RJ-45 connectors on both ends ensure quick plug-and-play installation with standard Ethernet ports, and the 4 m length provides flexibility for common desk-to-switch or rack patching distances.
Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your computer, router, switch or patch panel and insert the other end into the corresponding network port. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, pinch points and sources of electromagnetic interference. For rack installations, secure excess cable length with appropriate cable management to maintain signal quality and a tidy installation.
Use the cable for horizontal patching and device interconnection where Cat6 performance is required. Avoid tight bends and heavy compression; keep the cable away from high-voltage power lines or strong EMI sources for best signal integrity. For longer permanent runs beyond 4 m, select an appropriately longer Cat6 cable to maintain performance.
