Underfloor heating mat DEVI 150T 525W 0.5x7 m — electric heating mat
Electric underfloor heating mat DEVI 150T 525W 0.5 x 7 m is a pre-wired thin heating mat intended for fixed installation under floor coverings to provide even surface heating. With a rated output of 525 W and compact dimensions, this DEVI mat is designed for use in renovation projects and new installations where an electric floor heating solution is required. The fixed power density and the factory-attached cold lead simplify layout and installation beneath tile, stone or other suitable floor finishes.
The DEVI 150T mat offers an even heat distribution across the covered area thanks to its uniform cable spacing and integrated mesh. Because it is pre-wired and delivered in a fixed width, cutting and shaping on site is limited to the mesh backing, which reduces installation time and potential mistakes. The 525 W output provides reliable warming capacity for small to medium areas while the low profile allows use directly under floor adhesives or thin levelling compounds.
This product may not be suitable for large open-plan areas where a single mat’s 525 W output is insufficient; multiple mats or a different power rating may be required. It is also unsuitable where floor coverings or installation systems prohibit embedding a low-profile electric mat, or where local regulations require hydronic systems instead of electric underfloor heating.
Plan the layout to ensure the mat covers the required heating area without overlapping the heating cable. Prepare the subfloor so it is clean, level and suitable for the chosen finish. Unroll and cut the mesh backing only to shape the mat around obstacles; do not cut the heating cable. Secure the mat to the subfloor following manufacturer guidance, embed in tile adhesive or a compatible levelling compound and connect the cold lead to a suitably rated thermostat and protected circuit by a qualified electrician. Allow adhesives or compounds to cure fully before switching on.
For reliable operation, use a programmable thermostat with floor sensor and ensure installation and final electrical connection are performed by a qualified electrician. Follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions and recommended floor build-up to maintain warranty and safe performance.
