Plug the Devolo Magic 2 LAN adapter into a mains socket near the device you want to connect and use an Ethernet cable to link your Smart TV, game console, PC, or router to the adapter's Gigabit port. Plug a second Magic adapter into a socket near your router or an existing Magic unit to establish the Powerline network. The devices pair automatically via Plug & Play; all Magic adapters are interoperable and compatible with standard routers.

Usage recommendations

For best performance, connect adapters directly to wall sockets rather than power strips or surge protectors, and avoid using them on different electrical circuits separated by a meter or transformer. Use Cat5e or higher Ethernet cables to the connected devices to ensure full Gigabit throughput.
