How to use

Slide the shrink splice protection over the fiber before performing the fusion splice so the sleeve can be moved into position after splicing. After the fibers are spliced and the joint is secured, position the sleeve centrally over the splice and apply heat evenly along its length using a suitable fusion splice heater or heat gun, following the heater manufacturer's instructions.
