The DIGITUS Network Cable CAT 5e U/UTP RJ-45 0.5m in black is a short patch cord designed for reliable Ethernet connections. It meets Category 5e (100 MHz) requirements and is suitable for connecting network devices over short distances in home and office environments. The cable features U/UTP construction and RJ-45 connectors with molded boots that provide kink protection, strain relief and a reinforced latch protector.

Advantages

The transparent blue colored plug allows easy visual identification of Category 5e cabling. Manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801 and DIN EN 50173 Category 5e specifications, the cable guarantees compliance with ISO & EN channel requirements and delivers performance tested up to 100 MHz, including near end crosstalk (NEXT). The molded boots reduce mechanical stress on the connector and the latch protection prevents breakage of the latching lever.
