The DIGITUS Network Cable CAT 6 S/FTP RJ-45, 0.25 m, is a Category 6 patch cord designed for reliable data transmission in structured cabling systems. It features copper conductors, S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends. The cable meets ISO/IEC 11801 and DIN EN 50173 Category 6 specifications and is suitable for installations requiring performance up to 250 MHz.

Advantages

The cable uses an LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket to reduce smoke and toxic gases in case of fire and has a transparent red-colored connector with metal shielding for clear identification as Category 6. It is PoE+ ready and tested for performance characteristics such as near end cross talk (NEXT) up to 250 MHz. A molded boot provides kink protection, strain relief and a latch protector to prevent the latching lever from breaking.
