The DIGITUS Network Cable CAT 6 S/FTP RJ-45 2m in grey is a Category 6 Class E patch cord engineered for reliable high-speed data transmission up to 250 MHz. It features copper conductors, S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference, and RJ-45 connectors on both ends. The cable is PoE+ ready and uses an LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) outer sheath to improve fire behaviour and minimize smoke emissions.

Advantages

The cable is manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801 and DIN EN 50173 Category 6 specifications, ensuring compliance with ISO & EN channel requirements and providing consistent performance characteristics including NEXT (near end crosstalk). A transparent red, metal-shielded plug enables visual identification of Category 6 and adds mechanical shielding; molded boots provide kink protection, strain relief and latch protection to reduce the risk of connector damage.
