The DIGITUS Patch Cord CAT 6A S/FTP 0.5m (DK-1644-A-005/G) is a short network patch cable designed for high-performance Ethernet connections. It features S/FTP shielding, copper conductors and LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) sheath for improved fire behaviour and reduced smoke emissions. The cable is PoE+ ready and fitted with transparent yellow metal-shielded RJ-45 plugs for easy identification of Category 6A performance up to 500 MHz.

Advantages

The shielded S/FTP design and metal-shielded RJ-45 connectors provide reliable protection against electromagnetic interference and support the Category 6A Class EA specifications (ISO/IEC 11801, DIN EN 50173). The LSZH jacket minimizes toxic and corrosive gases in case of fire, while the molded boots include kink protection, strain relief and latch protection to increase connector durability and maintain secure connections.
