Description

The DIGITUS® Unique Series wall mounted rack Digitus DN-19 07U-6/6 is a 7U network cabinet designed in Germany for professional IT infrastructure. The cabinet measures 600 × 600 mm, supports up to 100 kg and has an IP20 rating. It features a robust up to 1.5 mm sheet-steel construction, a lockable safety-glass front door with steel frame, and removable, lockable side panels. Cable management is facilitated by a sliding cable inlet with foam seal in the roof, pre-cut cable entries in the back wall and floor plate with plastic covers, and a pre-cut area for an optional fan module.

Advantages

This wall mounted rack provides sturdy wall installation and flexible internal layout with two pairs of galvanized 483 mm (19") profile rails, labeled with rack units readable in both directions and with adjustable depth. The housing is electrostatically powder-coated in grey (RAL 7035) or jet black (RAL 9005). Front door hinges are reversible and the cabinet can be converted to a free-standing unit using optional levelling feet or casters. Removable and lockable panels improve accessibility and security for network equipment.

How to use

Mount the housing frame plate to a suitable load-bearing wall using appropriate anchors and fasteners, then attach the cabinet housing to the frame. Install equipment on the adjustable 19" profile rails and route cables through the roof sliding inlet or the pre-cut entries in the back and floor. If required, install a fan module in the pre-cut roof area. Adjust the front door hinges if needed for left- or right-handed opening and lock side panels and door after equipment installation.

Usage recommendations

Ensure the wall substrate and fixing hardware can sustain the combined weight of the cabinet and installed equipment (max. 100 kg). For free-standing use, fit optional levelling feet or casters. Maintain adequate ventilation and avoid placing the cabinet in environments exceeding IP20 protection limits.
