Description

The DIGITUS Unique Series wall mounted rack DN-19 09-U (600 x 450 mm) is a 9U network cabinet designed in Germany for demanding IT infrastructure. Constructed from up to 1.5 mm thick sheet steel with an electrostatic powder coating (standard grey RAL 7035), this cabinet supports a maximum load of 100 kg, has an IP20 rating and a net weight of 22.5 kg. The cabinet includes adjustable 483 mm (19") galvanized 19" profile rails with readable RU markings, a lockable safety-glass front door with steel frame, and removable, lockable side panels for easier access during installation and maintenance.

Advantages

The wall mounted rack offers a robust steel construction for secure wall installation and flexible mounting depth of the internal 19" rails. Cable management is simplified by a sliding cable inlet with foam seal on the roof and pre-cut inlets on the back wall and floor plate with plastic covers. The roof also has a pre-cut area for a fan module. Front door hinges are reversible to suit installation needs, and the housing can be converted to a free-standing unit using optional leveling feet or casters.

How to use

Mount the housing frame plate to a suitable load-bearing wall using appropriate anchors, then attach the cabinet housing to the frame plate. Adjust the internal 19" profile rails to the required depth and secure equipment such as switches, patch panels or small UPS devices using standard 19" mounting holes. Use the sliding roof cable inlet and the pre-cut back and floor inlets for cable entry, and install optional fans in the pre-cut roof area if required. Side panels and the front door can be unlocked and removed for installation and maintenance.
