The DIGITUS Unique Series wall mounted rack DN-19 20U-6/6-SW is a 20U network cabinet designed for indoor IT infrastructure installations. Constructed from up to 1.5 mm thick sheet steel with electrostatic powder coating in jet black (RAL 9005), it provides a compact 600 x 600 mm footprint, a depth of 600 mm, a height of 998 mm and a rated load capacity of up to 100 kg. The unit includes a lockable safety-glass front door with a steel frame, removable and lockable side panels, adjustable 19" profile rails with rack unit markings readable in both directions, and pre-cut cable inlets in the roof, back wall and floor. How to use

Mount the housing frame plate to a suitable wall surface using appropriate anchors and fasteners for the wall material, then attach the cabinet housing to the frame. Adjust the depth of the internal 19" rails to match equipment depth and mount devices using standard rack screws. Route cables through the sliding roof inlet or the pre-cut inlets in the back wall and floor; use the foam seal and plastic covers to maintain tidy cable entry. If required, switch door hinges for left or right opening and install the removable side panels after equipment installation. For free-standing use, equip the cabinet with optional leveling feet or casters before placing equipment.

Usage recommendations

Install the cabinet in a dry, ventilated indoor environment and ensure total equipment weight does not exceed the 100 kg rating. Use appropriate wall anchors for the substrate and maintain clearance for airflow and service access. Consider adding a fan module in the pre-cut roof area if additional ventilation is needed.
