Description

The DIGITUS® Unique Series freestanding rack DN-19 42U-8/8-B-1 is a 42U network cabinet designed in Germany for demanding IT infrastructure environments. The rack measures 2053 mm in height with an 800 x 800 mm footprint, supports up to 800 kg and has an IP20 rating for indoor use. The cabinet features an offset, removable roof cover with ventilation slits and a special roof construction that allows mounting a fan module. Two pairs of galvanized 483 mm (19”) profile rails with rack unit markings readable in both directions are installed inside; their depth is adjustable and they are connected to additional depth bars. The steel construction uses sheet thicknesses up to 1.5 mm and is finished with electrostatic powder coating in jet black (RAL 9005).

The cabinet offers flexible cable management with brush-equipped inlets in roof and floor, a sliding floor inlet with foam rubber seal, and brush management panels above and below the rear door. A pivot-lever lock system on the front door (adapter included for profile half cylinder) and modular, removable side walls and doors provide easy access and security. Vertical cable channels with brackets (for 800 mm width cabinets) and a sliding cable entry with rubber sealing on the base support tidy installations. The collapsible design allows complete dismantling for transport or installation.
