When it may not be suitable

How to use

Connect the HDMI source (PC, media player) to the transmitter’s HDMI input and connect the transmitter’s USB-A port to the source for keyboard/mouse signal passthrough. Use a CAT6 (or higher) cable to link the transmitter RJ45 output to the receiver RJ45 input. At the receiver, connect the HDMI output to the display and plug USB keyboard and mouse into the receiver’s USB-A ports to enable remote control. Power the system with the supplied 5 V/2 A adapter(s) — PoC may allow only the transmitter to need an adapter depending on installation. After connections are made the units operate in Plug & Play mode; use the reset button on the transmitter if reinitialization is required.
