The HDBaseT™ HDMI Extender Set transmits uncompressed, high-resolution audio-video signals and provides KVM functionality for connecting a mouse and keyboard over long distances using CAT6A/7/8 cable. It supports HDBaseT™ 1.0 and maintains high video bandwidth for reliable 4K and Full HD transmission while allowing peripheral connection at the receiver.

Advantages

The set supports long-distance transmission up to 150 m for Full HD and up to 120 m for UHD over suitable network cable, with PoC (Power over Cable) so only one unit needs external power. It offers bi-directional IR, EDID management with two modes, and two USB 2.0 ports on the receiver to connect webcam, storage device, touch panel, mouse, or keyboard. Touch display support with touch panel back control enables direct control of the source from the display.

How to use

Connect the transmitter to the HDMI source and the receiver to the display, then link both units with a CAT6A/7/8 cable. If required, supply power to one unit via the external power adapter; PoC supplies the second unit over the cable. Use the receiver's USB 2.0 ports to attach peripherals such as webcam, external storage, touch panel, mouse, or keyboard. Configure EDID mode as needed and enable touch panel back control to operate the source from a supported touch display. Use bi-directional IR for remote control extension.

Recommendations
