DIGITUS 10GE SFP+ short-range transceiver module for SFP+/SFP slots provides a compact optical connection for 10 Gigabit Ethernet links. Designed for use in switches, routers and optical network equipment, it supports a maximum data transfer rate of 10,000 Mbit/s and uses an LC optical connector for short-reach fiber links. The module fits SFP+ and SFP/SFP+ slots and is intended to link servers, uplinks and aggregation points within local and data center networks.
The DIGITUS SFP+ module delivers a standardized 10 Gbit/s optical interface in a small form factor compatible with SFP+ and SFP slots. Its LC connector and short-range design make it suitable for typical intra-data-center and campus fiber connections where high bandwidth and low latency are required. The module simplifies upgrades to 10 Gigabit Ethernet without changing existing port form factors.
