EasyLan CP1OBMSMS0010 Cat6a S/FTP Networking Cable, 1 m, Blue
The EasyLan Cat6a S/FTP networking cable is a high-performance solution designed for reliable data transmission in professional environments. Measuring 1 meter in length, this blue patch cable supports data transfer speeds of up to 10 Gbit/s, making it ideal for demanding network infrastructures. It features advanced double shielding, combining individual pair shielding with an overall mesh braid to protect against electromagnetic interference and ensure signal integrity.
This cable stands out due to its versatile VarioBoot design, which allows the user to adjust the angle of the connector grommet. By dismantling the grommet from the plug housing, you can configure the cable for straight, 45-degree, or 90-degree outlets, providing nine different orientation variants. The gold-plated RJ-45 contacts ensure excellent conductivity and long-term durability, while the 360-degree shielded plugs provide superior protection against data loss and external noise.
This cable may not be suitable for outdoor installations where it would be exposed to direct sunlight, moisture, or extreme temperature fluctuations, as it is designed for indoor use. Additionally, the 1-meter length is intended for short-distance connections, such as patching between a switch and a patch panel or connecting a workstation to a wall outlet, and will not be sufficient for long-distance cabling needs.
To use the cable, simply insert the RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network port on your device or patch panel until it clicks into place. If you need to adjust the cable exit angle, carefully remove the VarioBoot grommet from the plug housing, rotate it to your desired position, and reattach it before connecting the cable to your equipment.
For optimal performance, avoid bending the cable beyond its minimum bend radius and ensure that the connectors are fully seated in their ports to maintain the integrity of the 360-degree shielding.
