EATON IKA-1/8-ST is a compact distribution board for low-voltage installations, designed for mounting switching and protective devices in residential and light-commercial environments. The enclosure measures 238 × 115 × 231 mm with an installation depth of 70 mm and provides Protection Class II. Constructed from an ABS base and a polycarbonate door, the enclosure is rated for IP65 when correctly installed, accepts a 50 Hz input and offers eight space units in a single-row layout with a transparent, flush-mounted door that can be fitted to open from the right or left.

Advantages

The enclosure is manufactured to IEC/EN standards for building distribution boards and features a foamed-in-place gasket and sealable quick-release fasteners to support IP65 protection. Integrated metric knockouts with centering points and side knockouts for connection elements simplify cable entry and linking multiple enclosures. The unit includes a DIN-rail made of galvanized sheet steel, finger-proof IP2X neutral and protective conductor terminals, and an integrated module compensation system for flexible device widths.
