The Eaton SRW6UDP wall-mount 6U rack enclosure is a low-profile, switch-depth cabinet for mounting EIA-standard 19-inch equipment in locations with limited floor space. Constructed from heavy-duty steel with a black powder-coated finish, the cabinet supports a maximum static load of 200 lbs (90.7 kg) and accommodates equipment up to 20.5 inches deep. The enclosure ships fully assembled and can be mounted to a wall or made mobile with an optional caster kit.

Advantages

The enclosed steel design provides physical security with a keyed front door and lockable side panels to help prevent tampering or theft. Perforated panels at the front, top, bottom and sides allow flow-through ventilation to help keep installed switches, patch panels and other IT devices cool. Reversible door orientation and adjustable vertical rails (in 7/8-inch increments) simplify installation and allow the cabinet to fit a range of switch-depth equipment.

Route cabling through the top or bottom grommeted ports and ensure adequate clearance for airflow around perforated panels. Lock the front door and side panels after installation to secure equipment.
