Permanent Marker Fine Tip Edding 780 Green
Gloss paint marker with a 0.8 mm metal-framed plastic nib for highly opaque, permanent and smudge-proof writing and decorating on smooth and even dark and transparent materials such as glass, metal, plastic and coated paper. The paint-like pigment ink is quick-drying, weatherproof, extremely lightfast and wear-resistant. The marker features low-odour ink without added toluene or xylene, a valve system for even ink flow, and a foil seal to ensure the product is unused when purchased. High-quality aluminium barrel; spare nibs are available.
The Edding 780 delivers a consistent 0.8 mm stroke with highly opaque, permanent pigment ink that adheres to surfaces where many other inks smudge. Its quick-drying, weatherproof formula is extremely lightfast and resistant to wear, suitable for long-lasting indoor and outdoor use. The valve-system provides even coverage and the low-odour formulation improves handling comfort. Metallic colour variants offer a pronounced shimmer and high gloss finish.
Shake the marker well before use to activate the valve system. Press the nib briefly on a scrap surface until ink flows evenly, then write or draw with a steady hand to achieve the 0.8 mm stroke. For best adhesion on smooth surfaces like glass or metal, ensure the surface is clean and dry. Allow the ink to dry fully; drying time may vary depending on surface and layer thickness. Replace the spare nib if the tip wears out.
Store horizontally when not in use to maintain even ink distribution. Use on clean, grease-free surfaces for optimal permanence. Keep cap on after use to prevent drying of the nib.
